European esports organisation G2 is expanding into music with the release of its first power metal single ‘Our Way’, featuring Noora Louhimo, the voice of Kayle in Pentakill.
G2 founder and CEO Carlos ‘Ocelote’ Rodriguez leads a team of metal luminaries with a vocal performance on the inaugural release from G2’s newly launched G2 Music record label.
‘Our Way’ features Rodriguez alongside djent/deathcore guitarist Jason Richardson (Chelsea Grin, Born Of Osiris, All Shall Perish), YouTube sensation and session drummer Luke Holland (Falling In Reverse, Starset, The Word Alive), and Finnish singer Noora Louhimo (Battle Beast, Pentakill).
Pentakill is of course the virtual rock band in League of Legends, which G2 competes in.

The track also boasts Taylor Davis (best-known for her popular violin covers of video game music) and Chinese-born American cellist Tina Guo, who worked under the direction of Hans Zimmer on the movie Dune or for the game Cyberpunk 2077.
Some of G2’s players, including Caps, Broken Blade, Jankos, NiKo and zAAz, feature in the music video wearing the new 2022 jersey, as they’re chased by a shadow demon trying to catch them for stealing an ancient artefact box.
The accompanying music video for ‘Our Way’ also acts as a launch for G2’s new 2022 esports jersey. The wider G2 Adidas pro kit includes a tracksuit, sleeve and a supporter jersey, and will be available within the next few weeks.
Within the music video, founder and CEO Carlos ‘Ocelote’ Rodriguez brandishes a sword made of shards, to open a portal. Those shards can also be found on the official 2022 G2 jersey itself. Sami is an easter egg on the jersey, within the holographic, which also makes an appearance in the video.

‘Our Way’ by G2 is available to stream on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Pandora, Deezer. The song will also be available on rhythmic games such as Beat Saber.
