Post-Match interview with Mouz’s torzsi at BLAST Open London
A 2-1 victory against M80. Were you expecting M80 to put up such a fight?
I think they played pretty good, they also had a pretty good run to get here, they beat good teams to get here.
Today they played really good. On Mirage they had really good ideas, and they beat us on it, so we were a bit surprised, to be honest, but we have to give the props to them.
But on Inferno we showed that we are the better team, and I’m happy that we showed we can play good because that will be important tomorrow against Vitality.
Even on Mirage, which you lost the CT-side was still pretty dominant. Do you feel confidence that you will go into Vitality knowing your defence won’t let anything through?
Yeah, we have to go into tomorrow confidently playing against Vitality, who have mezii, he’s UK obviously. A lot of fans will cheer for them, but it is what it is.
We’re just going to play our game. We know that when we’re in the booth, we’re just six people, and we’re a team; even if they boo us in the crowd, we don’t really care.
You’ve been booed a few times now at events. How do you feel about it?
It obviously doesn’t feel that good that you get booed, but it doesn’t really affect us, I don’t think. I don’t know what to say in that sense.
Sometimes you get cheered, sometimes you get booed. You have to get used to it, and I don’t feel it affected us.
I think they were also cheering throughout the game when we were winning rounds, and I don’t think they were booing, so it was good.
When it comes to your T-sides, it seemed like there were times you were struggling with ideas in the mid-round when the game slowed down a bit. What are you working on to keep the game flowing in those scenarios?
I would say we are working to get our players a bit more activation, with the lurkers player more together.
Spinx, jimpphat and me are having a little bit more freedom, and we’re trying to call some stuff that we want to do.
That’s what we’re working on, to get more activation from the side players, from the lurkers.
