BLAST Rivals Fall 2025 – teams, format, and UK-time zone schedule

Counter-Strike’s BLAST Rivals Fall 2025 is due to kick off in Hong Kong. 

With high-profile rematches promised and wildcard teams hoping for an underdog victory, the tournament promises a competitive sprint to the Grand Final.

All BLAST Rivals Fall 2025 teams confirmed

The eight teams competing in BLAST Rivals Fall 2025 have been confirmed. Four of these eight teams are determined via the October VRS Global Standings. However, the remaining four are wildcard teams from Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. 

VRS teams at BLAST Open Fall:

• The MongolZ
• FURIA 
• Team Vitality 
• Team Spirit 

Wildcard teams at BLAST Open Fall: 

• Team Falcons (European Wildcard) 
• Pasion UA (North American Wildcard) 
• paiN Gaming (South American Wildcard) 
• TYLOO (Asian Wildcard) 

FURIA, who won a landmark IEM LAN trophy in the Chengdu final less than a week before the start of BLAST Rivals, have a potential rematch in store during the Group Stage. They defeated Team Vitality in a dominant three maps in Chengdu, but Team Vitality may be out for revenge.

Team Spirit will seek redemption after failing to qualify for the IEM Chengdu Playoffs. They face Team Falcons in their first game. 

For the Wildcard teams, an uphill battle is ahead. Each wildcard team must try to defeat a top-VRS team to ensure a place in the Group Stage Winners Match, which determines Playoffs seeding. 

Group Stage and Playoffs Format

Teams are split into two groups of four: Group A and Group B.

Group A:

• Team Falcons 
• Passion UA 

Group B:

• FURIA 
• Team Vitality 
• TYLOO 
• paiN Gaming 

The opening matches for each group are as follows:

• Team Spirit vs Team Falcons (Group A) 
• FURIA vs paiN Gaming (Group B) 
• Team Vitality vs TYLOO (Group B)

The winners of these matches move forward to the Winners Match. Teams that win their Winners Match are seeded directly into the Aemifinals. Second-place Winners Match teams qualify for the Quarterfinals. 

Those who lose their opening match must compete in the Elimination Match. 

While the winner of the Elimination match proceeds to the Quarterfinals, the loser exits the competition. 

BLAST Rivals Fall 2025 follows the typical Playoffs format, with Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and the Grand Final. There will not be a third-place match.

Due to BLAST Rivals Fall 2025 taking place at the AsiaWorld-Arena in Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong, match times will take place early in the morning in the UK time zone.

• Team Spirit vs Team Falcons (Opening Match Group A) – 04:30 am GMT
• FURIA vs paiN Gaming (Opening Match Group B) – 07:00 am GMT 
• Team Vitality vs TYLOO (Opening Match Group B) – 09:30 am GMT

Continuation of Group Stage – November 13th:

• Group A Elimination Match – 02:00 am GMT
• Group A Winners Match – 04:30 am GMT
