The Summer 2017 UK Masters finals have concluded today (August 25th) and the winners have been named.
MnM Gaming lifted the League of Legends trophy earlier this afternoon, after turning around a 2-1 deficit to win 3-2, while Team Endpoint defeated CeX 3-0 at CSGO.
The winning teams picked up £5,000 each and the runners-up took home £2,500.
The League of Legends match in particular went right down to the wire, with underdogs Excel making MnM work hard for their victory. Team fights – like the below – were intense to say the least:
MnM have established themselves as a force in UK League of Legends. They have won the last two ESL UK Premierships and played in the European Challenger Series Qualifiers earlier this year.
Endpoint have also been making waves in UK esports. They have been performing well in the Gfinity Elite Series of late and have made a strong name for themselves in UK CSGO in particular.
