RLCS 2026 circuit explained
The RLCS Boston Major marks the second big international event of the Tier 1 calendar, and the first arena event of the RLCS 2026 circuit.
Despite being part of the 2026 circuit, the RLCS Kick-Off Weekend will take place from Dec 05-07 2025, on LAN at BLAST’s Copenhagen studio.
The Boston event marks the second consecutive RLCS Major in the United States, following the Raleigh Major in June.
Boston’s Agganis Arena also hosted the Rocket League Championship Series Spring Major in 2023, which Team Vitality won.
The announcement follows the news that the RLCS would return to France, with Paris hosting the second Major of the year.
Major 2 will take place at La Défense Arena in Paris, France, from May 20-24, with 3 crowd days.
It was announced that Paris would host the Major at the Rocket League World Championship 2025 in Lyon, where NRG claimed the trophy.
The hugely passionate French crowd was rewarded at the sold-out LDLC arena with the RLCS in 2026.

The Rocket League World Championship 2026 will round out the year from September 15-20, but the location is yet to be announced.
However, we know the tournament will feature format changes as the RLCS World Championship expands to six days, adding a day over the 2025 format.
The event will feature 20 teams, 16 of which will be the teams with the highest circuit points, and four of which will qualify through the Last Chance Qualifiers in July.
One team from each region (MENA, South America, North America, and Europe) will make it through the LCQ gauntlet.
