European esports organisation Cr4zy have signed the Rainbow Six Siege team from UK org MnM Gaming, which consists of predominantly British players.
The team is currently competing in ESL UK & Ireland Premiership and Challenger League and Cr4zy’s goal is to qualify for the Rainbow Six: Siege Pro League and Six Invitational.
It’s not the first time MnM sold a promising roster to another org. Last year, Navi signed the former MnM RB6 roster who went on to win the Pro League.
The roster that’s moved to Cr4zy is as follows:
- Max “Dats” McLachlan
- Nathan “Nathan” Sharp
- Jonas “Jonka” Kaczmarzyk
- Peter “pacbull” Bull
- Leo “M4DMAN” Kukielka
- Coach: Ramiz “rcuth” Cuthbert
- Team Manager: Luka “m4niac” Matijević
The team will remain in the UK. They already had a bootcamp at the Kinguin Esports Performance center in Poland, worked with sports psychologists qualified for the Challenger League, and in three matches during the ESL Premiership they remained undefeated.
“The roster has shown immense talent and promise that built on the legacy left by the legendary first MnM Siege roster. I’m happy that there is a new home for them that can provide even more support for the team.”
Daniel Chung, MnM Gaming
Daniel Chung, co-founder of MnM, said on the MnM website: “The roster has shown immense talent and promise that built on the legacy left by the legendary first MnM Siege roster. This has no doubt been because of the amount of work they do in the background.
“Now I’m happy that there is a new home for them that can provide even more support for the team that will further help them achieve their full potential and qualify for Pro League Pro League.”
Cr4zy said in a statement: “Expansion continues for us as we enter Rainbow Six: Siege esports! We’re proud to present that we have come to an agreement with MnM Gaming to acquire their Rainbow Six Siege roster.
“Rainbow Six Siege esports is continuously growing from year to year, and we have been monitoring its progress for quite some time now. Because of this, we decided that this is the right moment to enter the market. We have no doubt that with all the effort from Ubisoft, R6 Siege esports will continue to grow and develop, and we are very excited to become a part of it.
“Coming from an another FPS esports in which we had a lot of success, we are very eager to prove ourselves to Rainbow Six Siege esports fans, bring them unique stories of our players and some amazing matches. Pro League, here we come.”
Cr4zy also have teams in CSGO and Dota 2.
