Every winner from the League Awards 2025

The League Awards 2025, hosted by Marc ‘Caedrel ‘Lamont and Eefje ‘Sjokz’ Depoortere, celebrated League of Legends esports’ best.

The award show saw Caedrel get shaved bald after he wagered that T1 couldn’t win Worlds with Choi ‘Doran’ Hyeon-joon.

Fans voted online across 15 categories, including Player of the Year, Moment of the Year, and Broadcast Talent of the Year.

Here are all the winners from the League Awards 2025.

Player of the Year – Chovy

Gen.G midlaner Chovy beat Faker and BDD to Player of the Year.

Arguably the best player throughout the year, the midlaner is still missing the Summoner’s Cup after KT shocked Gen.G at LoL Worlds 2025.

Because of this year, Chovy said he was surprised to win:

“I’m not sure I really deserve this award but receiving it gives me an even stronger sense of responsibility.

“I’ll keep working harder and try to bring better performances and results. Thank you so much for always supporting me.

LTA Player of the Year – Inspired

LTA Player of the Year went to a European player in Inspired.

The FlyQuest jungler, rumoured to be joining Lyon Gaming next year, won the award for the second year in a row.

LEC Player of the Year – Caps

The votes were supposedly very close, but EMEA’s most decorated player, Caps, earned yet another award after winning LEC Player of the Year for the second year in a row.

LPL Player of the Year – Tarzan

Jungler Tarzan was awarded LPL Player of the Year as he had a brilliant year for Anyone’s Legend.

The Korean helped the team become the first to reach the Worlds Swiss Stage with an undefeated record and pushed eventual champions T1 to five intense games.

LCK Player of the Year – BDD

KT Rolster midlaner BDD defeated stiff competition for LCK Player of the Year.

He was consistent all year and peaked at the perfect time, starring in his team’s surprise run into the LoL Worlds final.

LCP Player of the Year – Doggo

Nominees:

CTBTC Flying Oyster (CFO) ADC Doggo was crowned the LCP player of the year.

The hyper-aggressive bot laner had a fantastic showing internationally; he even helped CFO shock T1 at LoL Worlds 2025.

Team of the Year – T1

T1 were once again awarded the Team of the Year at the League Awards 2025.

They are the most prestigious organisation in LoL esports history, winning a record six LoL Worlds titles.

After accepting the award, Faker said: “It was a very tough year, but I’m very happy that we were able to end it on a good note with a victory. I learned a lot, a lot happened.”

Rookie of the Year – HongQ

The community and panel voted for HonQ as the rookie of the year.

The incredibly young midlaner had a phenomenal year with CFO and is reported to be moving into the LPL next year with very high expectations.

Broadcast Talent of the Year – Chronicler

Broadcast Talent of the Year was awarded to Chronicler, who retired at the end of this season and went out with a bang, casting a Telecom War in the Worlds final.

The former LCK caster sent in a video to thank those who voted, saying:

“It means a lot to me, especially in the final year of my career, to win an award like this. The outpour and support that I’ve had this year has been very inspiring, very sweet; it kind of caught me off guard.”

Esports Creator Talent of the Year – IWDominate

Christian ‘IWDominate’ Rivera was awarded the Esports Creator of the Year.

The streamer, who also shaved his head after making the same bet as Caedrel, pre-recorded a thank-you message saying:

“Thank you guys so much for this award, it means a ton.” He then apologised for not being there as he is helping Cloud9 prepare for the KeSPA Cup after joining their coaching staff.

Community Creator Talent of the Year – Baus

Simon ‘Baus’ Hofverberg was crowned Community Content Creator of the Year and accepted the award wearing the same suit he wore for his prom when he was 14 years old.

“This year my content was a little different, I have to thank my friends at Los Ratones, my teammates… without them I wouldn’t have won this award.”

The streamer will be busy working hard, as it has been confirmed that Baus is staying with Los Ratones to play in LEC Versus 2026.

Content Piece of the Year – Mundo PUSH PUSH PUSH – AloisNL

Dutch LoL streamer Alois ‘AloisNL’ Nelissen beat tough competition from Arcane animators Fortiche and Twitch sensation Ludwig Ahgren to win Content Piece of the Year.

The streamer became popular for cosplaying as Dr Mundo while playing the top lane champion.

Fan Art Piece of the Year – Papayou

French comic artist and illustrator Papayou won the Fan Art of the Year for his gorgeous T1 pieces during this year’s Worlds.

He shared a new drawing to thank those who voted for him.

Moment of the Year went to T1 winning LoL Worlds 2025 to lift the Summoner’s Cup for the third year in a row.

The historic three-peat is a remarkable achievement that likely will never be repeated.

Keria earned the reward for a play on Neeko, who will likely be his T1 2025 LoL Worlds champion skins pick.
