EWC announce first 20 titles for EWC 2026; four more yet to be announced

The Esports World Cup has announced the first 20 titles that will be part of the 2026 event.

The announcement also includes four, as of yet, unannounced titles that will be included at EWC 2026.

What Esports will be included in EWC 2026?

The list includes popular esports such as League of Legends, Apex Legends, Counter-Strike 2, R6 Siege X, and Valorant.

Also included are both Call of Duty Warzone and the newest edition of Black Ops, Black Ops 7.

Overwatch 2, the only title Team Falcons won on their way to Club Championship victory in EWC 2025, makes a return as well.

EA FC 26, Teamfight Tactics, Crossfire, Free Fire, PUBG, and PUBG Mobile all return, as do fighting games Fatal Fury and Street Fighter 6.

The list also includes EWC’s most-watched tournament over the last few years, Mobile Legends Bang Bang.

The title dwarfs many other titles in terms of global viewership, but the mobile MOBA remains niche in the West.

It is unclear from the graphic whether the title will include the MLBB Women’s Invitational, which was a part of EWC 2025.

Similarly, Honor of Kings is a mobile game with significant viewership numbers in Asia, and it makes its return for the latest edition of Riyadh’s event.

The event will also see Chess make its second appearance, after its high-profile inclusion at EWC 2025.

What titles are yet to be announced at EWC 2026?

Rennsport, Starcraft II, Rocket League, and Tekken are amongst the EWC 2025 titles that have not been announced by the post.

It is unclear whether the titles occupy the unannounced slots or why four titles remain a mystery, but the announcements will surely follow.

That has not stopped fans speculating in the comments about potential titles that could fit the bill.

Fortnite, Marvel Rivals, and Riot’s new League of Legends-themed 2v2 fighting game, 2XKO, were all mentioned by those awaiting the news.

Esports World Cup 2026 will run from July 6 to August 24 next year, though no exact schedule of events has been announced as of yet.

The event ended in 2025 with The MongolZ capturing the EWC CS2 title; however, the event was a source of controversy as attending Superfans complained of alleged censorship and unequal treatment at the Riyadh event.
