A new London-based media solutions agency targeting the esports space has launched.
Moonstruck Media Group has been set up by Krzys ‘Ducky’ Goodchild, who previously ran Pendragon Esports in Division 3 of the NLC before the org disbanded last month.
It will offer graphic design, video editing and social media management to clients.
Ducky will focus on graphics, video and marketing, and he’s joined by a team of different specialists.
Moonstruck’s designers are Gaurav ‘Ryfu’ Rachen and Silas ‘Kxi_Kat’ Lyndon, with the latter also providing photography as well, and the company’s animator and video editor is Sami ‘Smig’ Ali. These are all former Pendragon staff/directors.
The company also has Adam ‘Merk’ Ramsay covering social media management, who has experience with Sweet Cabin (sweets business set up by LoL Tinder and Hotdrop supremo Nathan Edmonds) and Lost Souls Esports.
Moonstruck founder Ducky told Esports News UK: “Moonstruck Media Group is a small media solutions start up based in London. Currently we have three designers, a social media manager, two editors and an animator. A few of our staff are split among multiple roles such as our animator also working as a montage-style editor.
“Moonstruck Media originally started in May 2022 and have just decided to announce our start, due to taking the month to discuss our business plan for UK esports.
“We want to create cheaper solutions for organisations that are UK-based and provide them with the capability to have one unit run their socials, create their graphics and edit their content.
“We also want to provide a safe space for freelancers that are new to the scene to get their start in the industry – without all of the difficult starts that many have faced in esports.”
