UK Rainbow Six Siege pro players have made some moves to new organisations, with Jack ‘Doki’ Robertson (pictured) joining G2 Esports, and Jordan ‘Kayak’ Morley leaving G2 for Navi.

Doki himself was most recently with Navi, who he joined almost three years ago. Prior to that, he had stints with UK esports organisations Vexed Gaming and MNM Gaming.

Doki said he was thrilled to join the European esports organisation. In an announcement video featuring G2 founder Carlos ‘ocelote’ Rodríguez, he can be seen with other players as they look to revive G2’s Rainbow Six force.

Doki joins fellow Brit CTZN in the team, as well as Australian player Virtue. They’re joined by other newcomers German player Prano and Brazilian Al4mo.

G2 said in a statement on the G2 website: “Set on a mission to take back the [number one spot] worldwide, we needed a fresh start after the rough 2021 that G2 Rainbow Six had.

“After months spent scouting through every region, coach Shas and esports manager Julius finally found the fitting players in order to bring G2 R6 back to life.

“We are thrilled to welcome to G2 the shortest but finest UK player, Jack ‘Doki’ Robertson, the German mastermind and IGL Kevin ‘Prano’ Pranowitz, and the star of the Brazilian scene Karl ‘Alem4o’ Zarth.”

“My time at Navi was nothing short of amazing. To all the players I had the pleasure of teaming with – thank you.”

The new G2 players have been bootcamping in Berlin.

With outgoing G2 player Kayak joining Navi, he joins up with fellow Brits, Blurr and Nathan, as well as Swedish player Secretly and Brazilian Thuunder.

UK player Kayak said he was really happy to sign with Navi – “a young team with a lot of potential”.

German players Jonka and Hungry also left G2, while Polish player Saves departed Navi, as did French coach jahk and French analyst DraZ.

Navi said in a news post on their website: “Saves and Doki have played under the yellow-black jersey since June 2019: as part of NAVI, they have won four UK regional championships, European League 2021 and Pro League Season 10, which was played on LAN at Tokoname, Japan. We are grateful for their contribution and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.”

Doki added: “My time at navi was nothing short of amazing. To all the players I had the pleasure of teaming with – thank you.

“To the organisation I couldn’t have asked for more supporting staff and people who genuinely do all they can to help players succeed to their fullest, to sticking with me through good times and bad it means the world to me, it felt truly like a second family.”
