Ben™ said in a press release: “I am extremely proud to be given this role in an organization like Team Dignitas with such a rich history in esports. Identifying and nurturing talented players for competition at an elite level is the part of this industry that inspires me.
“In a team-based league, cohesion and a positive, productive vibe are going to be the key to success. I dare our competitors to sleep on us this season.”
Ben™ told Esports News UK in an additional statement: “I’m in it to win it. I feel the best way to achieve that is to approach scouting and recruitment in a holistic manner.
“I like to look at every aspect of a player, not just their mechanical skill – because at the end of the day a happy team will be a productive team. So putting together a team that’s full of top tier talent and can also gel together is huge for me.”
