About the Vainglory Championship
The 2017 Vainglory Spring Season Championship will take place at the O2 Arena in London from Friday May 19th to Sunday May 21st.
Six teams from North America and six from Europe will battle it out in front of a live audience.
Fnatic, whose new Vainglory team are in the midst of their first season, will ‘host’ the event as London’s official Vainglory team. And ESL UK has been confirmed as the exclusive production partner for the Championships.
Homegrown talent will help produce the tournament, including the UK’s very own Jackson ‘Action Jackson’ Walters, Ceirnan ‘Excoundrel’ Lowe, Jack ‘Jaws’ Wright and Joshua ‘Dowsey’ Dowse, along with commentators Shaun ‘FourCourtJester’ Delaney, Aaron ‘Humanist’ Allen, Benjamin ‘Foojee’ Watley and former captain of Angry Pandas, UK-based Xinyi ‘Xinyi’ Qiu.
ESL’s renowned commentator Dan Gaskin will host player interviews throughout the weekend while Joe ‘Munchables’ Fenny will take to the analyst desk alongside Jeffrey ‘SuiJeneris’ Chau and Greg ‘TastyBacon’ Iezzi.
Make sure you check Esports News UK for coverage of the championship throughout this month.
