Brawl Cup heads to Berlin as BLAST unveils 2026 Brawl Stars esports plans

The mobile esports scene is set for a massive shake-up in 2026 as tournament organiser BLAST has officially announced that the Brawl Cup is heading to Berlin, Germany.

Following a landmark multi-year partnership signed between BLAST and Supercell at the end of 2025, the 2026 Brawl Cup will transition from the digital screen to the big stage.

The event is scheduled to take place at the Uber Eats Music Hall from May 15th to May 17th, 2026, marking the first-ever live, in-person event for this specific tournament circuit.

A new era for Brawl Stars Esports and BLAST

This announcement is a significant milestone for the UK-based tournament organiser BLAST, which has rapidly expanded its footprint beyond traditional shooters like Counter-Strike and Rainbow Six Siege.

According to official releases, the partnership aims to elevate the production value of the mobile title. BLAST is set to deliver 32 days of live broadcasts for the online seasons, alongside high-octane arena shows. Berlin is just the first stop on a global tour; two additional live event locations for the 2026 season remain under wraps but are expected to be revealed later this year.

Prize pool and 2026 Blast Brawl Cup tournament structure

The 2026 competitive season for Brawl Stars is shaping up to be the most lucrative yet. Supercell has confirmed a total prize pool of $2m (~£1.46m) for the year. This fund will be split across a rigorous nine-month schedule featuring six online seasons and three major in-person events.

Teams from five core regions will battle for dominance:

  • EMEA

  • North America

  • South America

  • Southeast Asia

  • China

The road to Berlin begins with the in-game Championship Challenge. Any player who successfully navigates the monthly qualifiers can reach the Monthly Finals. From there, the top eight teams per qualifier will fight for leaderboard points to secure their spot at the Brawl Cup, the Last-Chance Qualifier, or the prestigious Brawl Stars World Finals.

Enhancing the Brawl Blast Cup fan experience

To keep the community engaged, the 2026 season introduces an enhanced digital experience. Fans watching the live broadcasts can participate in match predictions to earn exclusive in-game rewards, including pins, icons, and drops.

While Berlin is the immediate focus, the wider strategy suggests a push to make Brawl Stars one of the most-watched mobile esports in Europe. The company recently saw success with their Brawl event in Malta, won by Parivision. Ticketing information and pricing for the Uber Eats Music Hall event will be released in the coming weeks.
