British esports manager Grant “Grievance” Rousseau has joined Splyce as their new European director of esports.
He will head up Splyce’s European operations, as well as manage the organisation’s League of Legends LCS team and work with their Call of Duty team.
Grievance has built up a raft of experience in esports over the past few years. Last year, he co-founded Last Remedy Gaming, a UK org that participated in the ESL Premiership, put together an impressive roster and generated headlines in the scene.
“I’m extremely excited for this opportunity! Can’t wait to help take Splyce to the next level and further improve our operations across Europe.”

He then joined CLG in the NA LCS as development coach, and has also worked with Bulldog Esports in the UK and Mysterious Monkeys in Germany.
He said in a tweet: “I’m extremely excited for this opportunity! Can’t wait to help take Splyce to the next level and further improve our operations across Europe.”
Grievance also thanked those he’s worked with so far:
Thankful for the opportunities that have lead me to this point, especially @clgaming for giving me the break and @MonkeysGER for growing me!
