League of Legends Pride 2026: Everything You Need to Know

Riot Games has released new Pride 2026 in-game items across its gaming properties League of Legends, VALORANT, Teamfight Tactics and Wild Rift. The cosmetics include emotes, sprays and icons depending on the game.

The items are part of Riot’s 2026 Pride month celebrations, which will spotlight LGBTQIA+ creators, artists, cosplayers, and community members through the month. Each game title has specific Pride-themed content to allow players to “express your pride while roaming the Rift, holding B, or hitting a high roll on the convergence.”

The company will also be raising money for charity by hosting a wide-range of internal events through the month. Riot has been running in celebration of Pride Month since 2018, despite prior controversy and strong community opinion.

How do you claim your Pride-themed content? 

According to Riot’s June 1 announcement, players simply have to log in to the game of choice and purchase or claim their Pride-themed content at a click.

What cosmetics does each game have available? 

League of Legends brings back previous Pride content

League of Legends has the most detailed Pride 2026 rollout. Riot said the League event begins with Patch 26.11 and runs until Patch 26.13 ends. The update adds two new Pride emotes: “We Shine Together,” featuring Twisted Fate, Caitlyn and Leona, and “Keep Swimming,” featuring Nami. Both emotes are available in the store for 1 Blue Essence.

Riot is also bringing back previous Pride content in League of Legends, including homeguards, emotes and icons from earlier years. Returning Summoner Icons will activate Pride trails from patch 26.11 through to 26.13, with the icon bundle available in the shop for 1 Blue Essence.

League players can also complete a “United Together” mission during Patch 26.11. The mission requires players to play three games with a premade team and rewards 500 Battle Pass XP. The mission will only be active during the first patch of the Pride event.

TFT, Valorant and the rest of the Riot portfolio

Teamfight Tactics players can claim a new Shork emote. Riot’s League and TFT post identifies the emote as “Happy Gills,” which will be available in the Rotating Store for 50 Realm Crystals. TFT’s Pride missions begin with Patch 17.4 on May 28 and run until June 30.

VALORANT is adding a new spray called “All Love,” which features Wingman, alongside a new equipable title called “Holding Space.”

Wild Rift’s Pride 2026 content is tied to K’Sante’s debut in the mobile game. Riot said Wild Rift players can claim a new “Stand by Me” icon and a “Built to Carry” emote.

Riot’s wider Pride 2026 announcement also includes commissioned artwork from eight community artists, with pieces covering Riot Games, League of Legends, VALORANT, Teamfight Tactics, Wild Rift, Legends of Runeterra, Riftbound and 2XKO.
