Overwatch 2 has officially launched its collaboration alongside Gundam Wing, so see here for what is available in store as well as all the new skin prices.
There has previously been leaks of the upcoming content, but apart from the teaser trailer dropped by Overwatch last week, there was nothing official until release.
What is in Overwatch 2 x Gundam Wing Collaboration
The Overwatch 2 and Gundam collab officially launched on Tuesday afternoon, with the limited time event celebrating Gundam Wing’s 30th anniversary.
As the Japanese anime show turns 30 this year, Overwatch has released new content with the hopes of honouring ‘one of the most riveting space operas ever made’.
There has been four new skins launched in the game with players able to play as some of the most well known and beloved characters from the anime series.

- Deathscythe Reaper
- Tallgeese Soldier 76

The skin prices have already been revealed by the game’s developer, Blizzard, with an individual hero skin setting players back 2,800 Overwatch coins (worth £23). Players looking to spend a bit more can purchase the ‘Mega Bundle’ for 5,900 coins (£46) which includes every item in the collab.
As well as the new skins in Overwatch 2, there will also be new Gundam Wing themed cosmetic items available in the store.
The new items include the Shinigami title and the Zero System spray which give players a new edge within the game.
There is still new content available for players who are looking to not spend money in the game as the event also kicks off with challenges. Users can earn a Gundamari weapon charm from the limited-time challenges.
The crossover event will only last from April 29th to May 13th and after that the skins and challenges will be unavailable, so log on now to make the most out of the collaboration while it lasts.
