The latest edition of Counter-Strike tournaments is set to kick off this week, with the BLAST Premier series getting underway at the end of April.

The Spring series is the third Counter-Strike event this year after Open and Bounty tournaments at the start of 2025.

When Is BLAST Rivals Spring 2025?

This year’s BLAST Rivals gets underway on Wednesday, April 30th with the three day tournament concluding Sunday, May 4th.

Although the tournament was supposed to take place in Mexico, unforeseen circumstances meant that the event had to be moved to Denmark.

There will be eight teams fighting it out for first place and with a $350,000 grand prize there is sure to be some fierce competition throughout the week.

Of the eight teams involved four were invited due to their global ranks, with the other half of the competitors qualifying for invites thanks to their respective regional rank.

The teams will be split into two groups of four before they compete against each other in best-off-three series with the bottom team from each group eliminated at the end of the group stage.

Whichever team finishes top automatically qualifies for the tournament semi finals. The team placed second from one group then plays third in the other, and vice versa in the quarter finals.
