Team Liquid has replaced its player in the lineup for ESL One Raleigh 2025 Dota 2, with Jonathan “bryle-” Santos de Guia stepping in as a replacement for the tournament.
The team was forced into action after Michal “Nisha” Jankowski pulled out of the tournament following issues with securing a visa.
Team Liquid coach William Lee took to X to announce the change of personnel as well as clarifying that Jankowski won’t be replaced for all future tournaments.
“Due to visa issues Nisha will not be able to make it to ESL One Raleigh, Bryle, who was kind enough to be a last minute substitute, will play for us instead.” Lee said.
“Nisha will play in all other tournaments. Thank you for your understanding and support bryle-.”
The ESL One Raleigh 2025 Dota 2 tournament takes place in North Carolina and Nisha isn’t the only star who is missing out with visa issues, as Malr1ne was also unable to partake.
Who is Jonathan Santos de Guia?
Michal “Nisha” Jankowski has created a great impression since joining Team Liquid and his absence will certainly be felt during the latter stages of ESL One Raleigh 2025.
However Nisha’s Canadian replacement is certainly not a player to look past with vast experience across different teams since going pro in 2017.
