SYFN, a new UK-based esports talent agency, has launched and has announced its first few streamer signings.
The agency was formed at the end of 2024 by Ilias Pajoheshfar (aka Rai, Eli), with mina (who is also head of esports at Fragging Friends) later joining as chief legal officer.
SYFN recently announced the signing of UK League of Legends streamer Dragdar, and Northern Irish Apex Legends streamer Emaerya.

SYFN told Esports News UK in a statement: “We are a new UK-based agency founded in December 2024 and are looking to support talent to grow and monetize their careers in a sustainable, health-focused way.
“Our focus is on making sure our talent develop the skills needed both for a successful career in esports and in a professional workplace. We offer legal advice, HR and compliance training, performance coaching, marketing and brand strategy support and more. And we put an emphasis on balance: the wellbeing of our talent is our number one priority.
“We currently represent two twitch partners: Dragdar and Emaerya, with more signings to be announced soon. Our main focus is supporting the development of British talent, but we do make exceptions for those with a lot of potential who are interested in competing in the UK and the wider circuit.”
SYFN chief legal officer mina added:
Happy to announce I’ll be working with @SYFNGG as the Chief Legal Officer, super excited for this opportunity and to work with people who share the same values as me when it comes to esports. Extra special because I get to combine my legal background in this new career path ♥️

SYFN founder Ilias Pajoheshfar, who is also the founder of UK esports organisation Resolve Esports, stepped back from esports in late 2021 after Resolve acquired Barrage Esports.
Now he’s back with his new agency.
“I’m glad to be in a position to support talent once again,” Ilias told Esports News UK.
“Our focus is on making sure our talent develop the skills needed both for a successful career in esports and in a professional workplace. We offer legal advice, HR and compliance training, performance coaching, marketing and brand strategy support and more. And we put an emphasis on balance: the wellbeing of our talent is our number one priority.”

So, what does SYFN mean?
“SYFN is derived from ‘siphon’, symbolizing our goal of drawing out (or siphoning) the best in esports talent and guiding them to achieve their potential,” Ilias explained.
“It also has a bit of an easter egg for League of Legends fans, as several champions have abilities with ‘siphon’ in their name. We’ve kept a subtle League theme going: Resolve also had a connection to something in the game (the mastery tree)!”
Ilias also said when SYFN formed: “Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that I’ve been working hard on launching an agency focused on player development and supporting grassroots talent prepare for life as a professional in esports!”
We will also run an academy focused on player development, supporting staff with gaining experience, especially those on esports degree programs, and helping make both players and staff as attractive candidates as possible for professional orgs
