‘I want to win 4/4 this year’ – Veno on FNCS Major 1 Europe win and ambitions for 2025

Veno told UK esports host Frankie Ward he has eyes on all three Majors this year, plus the Global Championship, saying: “I want to win four out of four this year.

“I like to set high standards, and I’ll see if I can live up to them.

“I’m starting to make tweaks to my gameplay, I think I’ll be playing for high ground a bit more. We can do everything, so why not make it a mixture?

“Nerves hit everyone a little bit, but butterflies are a good thing.”

Veno also said in the below video posted by his esports organisation Xset: “How does it feel knowing it’s my third FNCS win? I wish it wasn’t years apart, every win was a year apart from the other one, but it doesn’t really affect me too much anymore.

“I just want to win a LAN, that’s what’s left on my Fortnite goals checklist.

“We have to run it back at the next FNCS. I felt like our performance didn’t show how good we are, it showed how good we can be by winning four games.”

When asked who has the most aura on the team, Veno said he does.

Veno also thanked his teammates and coaches after his win, heaping praise on them for being great to work alongside:
