Esports agency Achieveminds has today launched a new esports coaching platform featuring UK coaches: Achieveminds Coaching.
Achieveminds, the esports agency launched by former Excel Esports head of performance Fabian Broich in 2021, has told Esports News UK it will start with performance coaching, but also plans to offer in-game coaching later this year.
The agency has built up its network over the years to represent several professional players and personalities.
Now it’s launching a coaching platform, which features UK performance coaches and Head of Nutrition, Dr James Morehen. James also works with the England Rugby national team, and has over a decade of experience working with elite athletes in rugby, football, boxing and motorsport.
Sinikka Heisler is also on board as Head of Sports Psychology, backed with extensive experience in traditional sports, having worked with football clubs Hamburger SV and VfL Wolfsburg, as well as with esports teams G2 Esports and Faze Clan.

Achieveminds Coaching says players and orgs can ‘can connect with top-tier professionals and book sessions to elevate performance and wellbeing, in just four clicks’.
It promises tailored solutions for players and organisations, a team of specialists with expertise in mental health, sports science, sleep optimisation and nutrition, and evidence-based strategies for measurable results’.
Coaches cover multiple languages across three continents with experience in esports and traditional sports.
Dr. James Morehen, Head of Nutrition, and Lead Performance Nutritionist at England Rugby, told Esports News UK: “Esports excites me immensely. Although the brain accounts for just 2% of our body weight, it consumes around 20% of our blood supply and calories—highlighting its tremendous energy demands. This is why it’s vital to ensure our brain functions at its best.
“Anyone familiar with esports knows the intense mental strain it can impose; gamers often report fatigue, burnout, or difficulty focusing during extended matches. Yet, performance nutrition remains an underutilised resource in most teams.
“I firmly believe that nutritionists can have a profound impact on both individual players and the team as a whole. Once teams experience the transformative power of proper nutrition, they’ll unlock a whole new level of gaming performance.”

“Achieveminds Coaching is about equipping esports athletes and organisations with the tools to thrive in a competitive and high-pressure environment,” added Fabian Broich, Founder of Achieveminds Coaching.
“We understand the unique demands of esports, and our platform provides seamless access to experts who can make a real difference in performance and well-being. Together with Nordic Group LTD, we’re building a future where excellence and mental health go hand in hand.”
