Jakub ‘Atroix’ Szmyt, who has come up in the world of UK esports, will be directing the majority of Worlds.
“What an honour to be a part of such a legendary and most prestigious show in esports and share the floor with these legends,” he said. “Going to be absolutely insane.”
Regardless, it’s a bit of a low turnout for UK/Ireland broadcast talent this year, with Munchables and Oisin from last year’s Worlds 2023 talent line-up not a part of the broadcast this time around.
That’s also not to mention the exclusion of other top casters from our region, like Nymaera, Initialise, Aux and Jamada, to name a few.
🚨PSA to everyone not to use Riots talent decisions to crap on the guys working Worlds – they have no power over these decisions.
