From Monday 6th to Friday 10th March 2023, industry leaders from the worlds of media, music, games, events and esports will head to Confetti Industry Week.
Nottingham’s Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies in Nottingham, which has a £5m esports complex and recently hosted the 2023 Esports in Education Summit, will aim to inspire college and degree learners at its annual creative industries conference.
Guests will deliver a series of talks, workshops, masterclasses and live performances.

In terms of esports guests, there will be former FaceIt director Roald Van Buuren, esports host Adam Savage and gaming speaker and broadcaster Alysia Judge will join a cast of 80 industry stars lined up for intimate sessions, held in person and online.
Representatives from games giants Sumo Digital and EA Games will be offering valuable insights into the global gaming industry, and Animation Producer at Cloud Imperium Games (Squadron 42 and Star Citizen), Steve Austin, will bridge the gap between industry and education, providing students with top tips on how to prepare for landing their dream job.
There will also be guests from augmented Reality (AR) competitive sport, Hado, live video production experts, Ross Video, will be beaming in from as far afield as Los Angeles and more.
Guests from the worlds of music and media will also be present, including Sister Bliss and The Prodigy manager Nick Halkes, producer Danton Supple, music engineer and producer Ken Scott, and others.

Confetti will also host a special esports invitational, Women in Games Jam, and its new esports complex, Confetti X, will broadcast a student-led Tekken 7 tournament.
Now in its 17th year, Confetti’s annual creative industries conference will also see a celebration of International Women’s Day, as well as the return of Confetti alumni now successfully working in the industry.
