Qualcomm Technologies and ESL Gaming have announced details of the first ever Snapdragon Pro Series Mobile Challenge finals, with two UK players hoping to become inaugural European champions.
On August 27th and 28th 2022, the four best Brawl Stars teams from the EUR/MENA regions will compete for $50,000 at one of the biggest Brawl Stars tournaments ever, as they enter the stage live at Gamescom 2022 in Cologne, Germany.
Competitors will face off in a double-elimination bracket to ultimately be crowned the first champions in the region.
The four teams participating in the finals will be Totem Esports, F/A Siege, SK Gaming and Tribe Gaming, with the latter featuring UK players Tom and Drage, as well as Spanish player Yoshi and Swiss player LeNain.
Other nations represented across the qualifying finalists include France, Germany and Italy.
Commentators at Gamescom will include British caster Ark, USA caster ReddySet and Dutch caster Teddie.
Prior to this, on August 4th to 7th 2022, Clash of Clans players from around the world will also meet at the ESL Gaming studios in Katowice, Poland, to compete for three regional titles and a total prize pool of more than $150,000.
This Cross-Regional will see top from North America (NA), Europe, Middle East and North Africa (EUR/MENA) and India compete for three regional titles.
After the regional finals have concluded, the top teams from each region will have the opportunity to face each other once more for a Golden Ticket granting a spot in Supercell’s World Championship.
Elsewhere, there’s the Asia-Pacific Brawl Stars Finals, taking place on July 30th. The four best teams from the regional Challenge Season will gather at the Kuala Lumpur Battle Arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to play in front of a live audience.
They will make their way through the double-elimination bracket in an attempt to be the first-ever team to claim a regional Snapdragon Mobile Challenge title.
And then, in North America, Season 1 of the Snapdragon Mobile Challenge will conclude on September 4th and 5th 2022, as the top four Brawl Stars teams from that region will face off in front of a live audience at PAX West in Seattle, WA, USA.
Organisers say that more than 500,000 mobile gamers have participated in the Snapdragon Pro Series so far.
