A new assortment of League of Legends (LoL) skins are coming to the game, known as the Anima Squad.
This consists of the following six new animal-themed skins:
- Battle Bat Vayne
- Battle Bunny Miss Fortune
- Battle Wolf Sylas
- Battle Bunny Prime Riven
- Battle Cat Jinx
- Battle Cat Jinx Prestige Edition (pictured)
As usual, the League of Legends UK, IE & Nordics Twitter account revealed the skin animations as well as splash arts for Anima Squad:
Riot Games also revealed the animations for Ashen Knight Pyke, a new mythic skin first revealed at the start of the year in the League of Legends 2022 Season announcement.
Riot announced that Gemstones – in-game currency used to unlock rare Hextech skins – will now become Mythic Essence. Prestige Points, used to buy Prestige skins, will disappear. And players will be able to obtain Mythic Essence in different ways, like from Masterwork Chests.

The new Anima Squad skins are set to arrive in League of Legends on Wednesday March 30th 2022 when patch 12.6 drops.
A couple of weeks ago, new LoL Bee skins were announced for Orianna, Ziggs, Nunu & Willump and Heimerdinger, and at the start of 2022, Porcelain, Withered/Crystal Rose and new Firecracker LoL skins were revealed, including another Prestige Edition Lux and Prestige Brave Phoenix Xayah.
