Toronto Ultra CoD Challengers teams including all-UK roster qualify for Elite Stage 2 following partnership between Team Singularity and Mad Lions’ parent company

Danish esports org Team Singularity, who have a team in the UK/Nordics League of Legends NLC, are fielding Toronto Ultra Call of Duty Challengers teams.

These teams have got off to a strong start and qualified for Stage 2 Challengers in their regions.

The news comes following a partnership with OverActive Media, the parent company of LEC team Mad Lions. The partnership brings with it two Toronto Ultra branded Call of Duty Challengers teams for the 2022 season, Toronto Ultra Academy and Toronto Ultra Academy EU, with the latter featuring an all-UK roster.

Both teams competed in their latest scheduled tournaments on Saturday February 26th 2022.

The team rosters are as follows:

Toronto Ultra Academy

  • Charlie ‘Hicksy’ Hicks (England)
  • Thomas ‘Scrappy’ Ernst (USA)
  • Mohak ‘MohaK’ Kumar (Canada)
  • Javier ‘Vikul’ Milagro Caro (Spain)
  • Coach TBC

Toronto Ultra Academy EU

  • Stephen “Vortex” Rae Allan (England)
  • Liam “Furiious” Osborne (Scotland)
  • Ben “Beans” McMellon (England)
  • Harry “Harry” William Payne (England, contracted with London Royal Ravens)
  • Coach: Joshua-Lee ‘Joshh’ Sheppard
