The open LAN tournament is currently capped at 32 team entries from Europe and North America. Online Open Qualifiers will take place on the FACEIT platform on July 20th and July 27th/28th to determine the best NA and EU teams who will compete at Twickenham Stadium this summer.
The winning team from North America and Europe plus the European runner-up will receive travel, accommodation and event entry to FACEIT Ignite. The online tournaments will also be used in the seeding process for the event. NA teams can now sign up here, and EU teams can sign up here.
The tournament will feature two days of competition, one day of Halo 3 and to take full advantage of the Master Chief Collection, one day of 2v2 Halo 5 on Xbox One, with a $30,000 prize pool on the line across the two tournaments.

FACEIT and 343 Industries have revealed FACEIT Ignite: Halo European Open, a new $30,000 LAN taking place in London.
The open LAN tournament will feature 32 teams from Europe and North America competing across two days of live Halo 3 and Halo 5 action. It will take place from August 17th to 18th at Twickenham Stadium, which is also home to Excel Esports’ training facilities.
FACEIT is no stranger to esports events in the UK. It has hosted the FACEIT London Major, Esports Championship Series (ECS, the latest of which took place just this weekend) and FACEIT Global PUBG Summit.
The new Halo tournament will feature two days of 4v4 competition in Halo 3, one day of 2v2 Halo 5 and play out on Xbox One, with a $30,000 prize pool on the line across the two tournaments.
Taking place at Twickenham Stadium, the upcoming open tournament is currently capped at 32 team entries from Europe and North America and will feature a Champions League style format.
