The longest living final boss since Cataclysm, Kil’Jaeden has finally been slain After three weeks of Mythic raiding in Tomb of Sargeras, UK Org Method clinches World 1st Kil’Jaeden after 19 days of attempts.
After getting the world second on Kil’Jaeden back in Burning Crusades, The Eredar Lord returned to WoW in Tomb of Sargeras and Method improved on previous attempts by getting the World First 10 years later.
Method is known to many in the WoW raid community, with World 1st kills in every expansion since Wrath of the Lich King, after Serenity announced they would end raiding when 4 of their core members left to join Method, they had it all to play for as the legendary org looked to make it 2/3 World 1st for Legion.
Tomb of Sargeras began with Method gaining their first World 1st of the raid as they downed Mistress Sassz’ine, Maiden of Vigilance and finally the Fallen Avatar, which had many guilds stuck for most of the week, with Method founder Scott “Sco” McMillan claiming the boss was ” Mathematically impossible” before ending the day scratching their heads.

The next day, with hours to go before the weekly reset, Method clinched the World 1st Avatar kill before technically becoming only the second guild to kill it a few days later before Russian guild Exorsus managed the official 2nd kill.

Method finally downed Kil’Jaeden on July 16th, after 19 days of attempts and secured yet another World 1st boss kill to their collection and securing their place as the number 1 WoW raiding guild.
Method will now begin their gearing and planning going into WoWs next big raid which is likely to be based in Argus and likely to drop around patch 7.3.5 in line with other raid patches.
