After having been an iconic member of the 100 Thieves content creation team since September 2021, Jack ‘NiceWigg’ Martin has stepped up to become the official new co-owner of the organisation.
Alongside his co-owner status, he will hold the title of Head of Creator Culture and Talent Strategy.
100 Thieves welcomes its new co-owner in a hotly anticipated announcement
Apex Legends icon NiceWigg first hinted at a possible significant career move in November 2025. He posted that it was “time to make some changes,” and “big dogs do big dog things and its time to make something shake.”
Then, in the New Year, he confirmed that the “big dog things” were on the horizon.
New Year. New Chapter.

The next step in his transformation from creator to co-owner began with 100 Thieves’ announcement that, after four years, NiceWigg would no longer be a content creator with the organisation.
NiceWigg explained that he “just felt it was time to move up into new opportunities.”

Alongside this reflection was a date and time for a new announcement: Monday, 1:30 pm PST, “the biggest announcement of my career on stream.”
Finally, he revealed his new position.
NiceWigg’s transition to 100 Thieves co-owner comes at a pivotal time for the organisation. Currently, the 100 Thieves CS return is underway, sponsored by Roobet. It is poised to take new strides into Counter-Strike esports with an impressive roster.

Head of Creator Culture and Talent Strategy: How will NiceWigg shape 100 Thieves?
Alongside becoming a co-owner of 100 Thieves, NiceWigg will be undertaking the role of Head of Creator Culture and Talent Strategy at the organisation.
Therefore, he will have significant influence over the future direction of 100 Thieves’ content strategy.

As a seasoned, well-respected content creator himself, NiceWigg can guide the organisation in filling the gap in the North American content scene.
Recent disruption to content giants FaZe Clan and Luminosity Gaming resulted in both organisations losing or releasing most of their significant creators. Therefore, 100 Thieves may be poised to take up the mantle with the most influential content roster in the region.
for non apex fans this is like zayn rejoining one direction and taking over their management company https://t.co/Es7lzk7ZtX
