An IShowSpeed Fortnite skin awaits under the Christmas tree: Info, rumours, and leaks explained

At long last, it looks like the IShowSpeed Fortnite skin is here.

When will the new skin drop in the Fortnite shop? What information is confirmed, and what will likely be included in the Icon Series bundle? 

What do we know so far about the IShowSpeed Fortnite skin drop?

One of streaming’s most prominent creators, IShowSpeed, is finally getting his long-awaited Icon Series skin. 

On December 23rd, the official Fortnite social media accounts posted a picture of the streamer posing with the game’s iconic piñata-style llama. Months of IShowSpeed teasing a potential Fortnite collaboration finally appear to be coming to an end.

Naturally, IShowSpeed fans were immediately buzzing for the skin drop. 

Given that the teaser post was captioned “Tomorrow,” the IShowSpeed Fortnite skin will drop sometime on Christmas Eve (or early Christmas Day, depending on time zones). 

Alongside Fortnite’s post, IShowSpeed has also seemingly confirmed the collaboration, offering a more concrete release time.

On his YouTube channel, a video named “FORTNITE SKIN REVEAL!” is scheduled to release on December 24th at 23:00 GMT (15:00 PT/18:00 EST).

Therefore, the IShowSpeed Fortnite skin and Icon Series bundle should be on everyone’s screens by Christmas morning. 

What items are in the IShowSpeed Fortnite Icon Series bundle?

Given the hype surrounding IShowSpeed’s potential Fortnite collaboration, rumours and leaks on the contents of the Icon Series bundle have been spread far and wide. 

It appears as though the contents of the bundle will be as follows:

• IShowSpeed Fortnite skin (x2 outfits) 
• Backbling (x2 options) 
• Pickaxes (x2 options)
• One glider 
• One wrap 
• One jam track 

According to some leaks, there will not be any emotes included in the bundle – a surprising decision, if true, given how well-recognised IShowSpeed’s mannerisms have become. 

Is this one of the most anticipated skin drops in the game’s history?

Fortnite has amassed an impressive breadth of celebrities in its Icon Series. However, few have generated as much excitement as the IShowSpeed Fortnite skin. 

Even the Kim Kardashian Fortnite skin drop, one of the most popular in 2025, didn’t seem to attract this much anticipation.  

IShowSpeed has been on what many would call a “generational run” in 2025, becoming one of the most widely recognised streamers on the planet. His World Tour, in particular, has garnered respect for his exploration of culture and unique content. 

His efforts have certainly been rewarded. 

Not only is he finally receiving his long-awaited IShowSpeed Fortnite skin, but he has also received several high-profile awards for his content creation in 2025. These include Streamer of the Year at the Esports Awards and Streamer of the Year at the Streamer Awards.

The IShowSpeed Fortnite skin reveal will certainly kick off his fans’ Christmas celebrations with a bang. 

For IShowSpeed himself, given that he is a long-time Fortnite player and supporter, it is undoubtedly a festive gift to remember.
