Ranked mode is finally available in Pokémon TCG Pocket with Mega Rising, but Season 8 (B1) is going to be very short.
The online mode has been gone since October 27th, allowing players to build up their collections in the new B1 set, Mega Rising.
However, the new ranked season will only last for two and a half weeks, ending December 14th.

This is because the next Pokémon Pocket expansion is coming very soon, according to recent leaks.
Still, the 17-day ranked season will still offer the same amount of Pack Hourglasses as rewards:
- Beginner -10x Pack Hourglasses
- Beginner – 15x Pack Hourglasses
- Beginner – 20x Pack Hourglasses
- Beginner – 25x Pack Hourglasses
- Poké Ball 1- 30x Pack Hourglasses
- Poké Ball 2 – 35x Pack Hourglasses
- Poké Ball 3 – 40x Pack Hourglasses
- Poké Ball 4 – 45x Pack Hourglasses
- Great Ball 1 – 50x Pack Hourglasses
- Great Ball 2 – 55x Pack Hourglasses
- Great Ball 3 – 60x Pack Hourglasses
- Great Ball 4 – 65x Pack Hourglasses
- Ultra Ball 1 – 75x Pack Hourglasses
- Ultra Ball 2 – 80x Pack Hourglasses
- Ultra Ball 3 – 85x Pack Hourglasses
- Ultra Ball 4 – 90x Pack Hourglasses
- Master Ball Unranked – 95x Pack Hourglasses
- Master Ball top 10000 – 100x Pack Hourglasses
- Master Ball top 500 – 100x Pack Hourglasses
- Master Ball top 1000 – 100x Pack Hourglasses
And this time around, the thresholds to get into each rank will be much easier due to the lack of time players have to climb.
This time around, instead of 1450 points to get into Master Ball, the top rank, players will only need to acquire 930 points.
This is a 520-point difference, meaning it takes around 52 fewer wins to get to Master Ball this season.
And that’s excluding win streaks, which offer extra points and are now available in higher ranks after an update earlier this year.
