Nominations for The League Awards 2025 announced: Faker, Chovy, and Chronicler amongst the nominees

The nominations for The League Awards 2025 have been announced following 189,075 nomination submissions from the community.

The event is created and hosted by legendary esports broadcaster Eefje ‘sjokz’ Depoortere and LoL content giant, Marc ‘Caedrel’ Lamont.

The League Awards 2025 features 15 categories across League’s global scene, aiming to “celebrate everyone across the whole world for League,” according to Caedrel.

Nominees for the second-ever edition of the awards include Lee ‘Faker’ Sang-hyeok and regional rival, Jung ‘Chovy’ Ji-hoon.

Rasmus ‘Caps’ Winther, Caedrel’s Los Ratones top laner, Simon “Baus” Hofverberg, and Chronicler are amongst the European nominees.

Voting is open to the public until November 24 ahead of the event, which will take place on November 28.

The event will be held on November 28, in the VIP Lounge of Munich’s SAP Garden, the evening before Red Bull League of Its Own 2025, which is hosted at the venue.
