EA FC 25 Ultimate Team players can earn exclusive Griddy celebration for FC 26

EA Sports has released a new challenge on EA FC 25 Ultimate Team called “Griddy to Glory.”

The challenges unlocked massive rewards, including a 99-rated Ronaldinho Icon and the Griddy celebration for EA FC 26.

This will be the only way for FC 26 FUT players to perform the viral dance after scoring a goal.

To celebrate the end of EA FC 25, EA are holding a mini Ultimate Team event called the “Griddy Cup.”

The event requires players to log in for multiple days and complete daily Griddy to Glory objectives.

Each daily objective will earn the player a pack with 10 players all rated 85 or above on FC 25 Ultimate Team.

Each completion will also earn players a special Player Pick containing only players with an overall of 99.

By completing the Griddy to Glory objectives five times, Ultimate Team players will unlock the 99-rated Ronaldinho Icon for FC 25.

And if that wasn’t enough, as well as Ronaldinho, players who complete the objectives five times will unlock the unique Griddy celebration for EA FC 26.

The Griddy won’t be a celebration that can be performed by button inputs in FC 26.

Meaning, these Ultimate Team objectives are the only way to receive the exclusive celebration for the upcoming game.

To claim the reward, players will simply need to log into Ultimate Team with the same EA account they used for EA FC 25.

The game will have other funny celebrations, as a leak revealed a WWE wrestling finisher is coming to EA FC 26.

EA FC 26 Ultimate Team improvements

EA Sports has claimed that EA FC 26 has taken on more fan feedback than any previous game in the series.

With that in mind, a lot of improvements have been made to Ultimate Team, including the Competitive gameplay preset exclusive to online modes.

Though fans will be sad to see some big-name footballers missing from EA FC 26.

Live Events and Tournaments will keep the game mode fresh. Players will always face players who are in the same round of the tournament.

One of these live events will be Guantlets, which are the same as five-game tournaments but each match requires a new squad.

And in a nice quality of life update, if your opponent leaves while you’re drawing, they’ll still be penalised – even if they turned off their console.

Meanwhile, you’ll be given the win if the match is in the second half, a player was sent off, or a penalty was awarded.

FUT Champs has also been overhauled. Players in Divisions 10-6 can now compete in FUT Champs Challeengers to qualify for FUT Champs.
