Marvel Rivals has announced Twitch drops associated with Marvel Rivals Ignite 2025: Mid-Season Finals. The midseason finals are the culmination of Marvel Rivals’ first competitive esports season, as NetEase and Marvel look to grow and establish the game as an esport.
“The Marvel Rivals IGNITE Mid-Season Finals are about to light up the universe! Watch the live finals and accumulate the required viewing time to claim exclusive rewards. Including the Star-Lord Ignite Series Costume and more!”
Played on LAN at NetEase’s Guangzhou Headquarters, the tournament begins with the Play-In Stage on August 6, with the main tournament running from August 7 until its Grand Final on August 10.
The tournament includes representation from prominent esports orgs such as Sentinels, 100 Thieves, Gen.G being amonst the favourite on esports betting sites.
How do you get Marvel Rivals drops?
You can secure Marvel Rivals drops from simply watching the Marvel Rivals Ignite 2025: Mid-Season Finals on Marvel Rivals’ official Twitch channel for certain periods of time. In the Twitter/X version of the patch notes, Marvel Rivals outlined the watch time needed to earn each reward as such:

So there you have it. If you want that coveted Star-Lord skin, you’ll have to watch the Mid-Season tournament on Twitch for four hours in time to earn the reward.
How to claim Twitch drops
Once you have earned drops, you can see them in your Twitch inventory. Once they are visible, you can redeem the drop before it expires.
To get them in your Marvel Rivals account, you must link your Twitch account to the game account, allowing you to get those items transferred to your in-game inventory.
Marvel Rivals will display an email icon in-game, which you then have to redeem in order to secure the item. Beware, this email expires after 30 days, so make sure you claim it in time!
