League of Legends’ newest champion, Yunara, has had a new animated music video created for her.
The upcoming ADC is an Ionian champion, which feels appropriate for the Spirit Blossom theme of LoL’s current season.
The video was created for her by Riot Games Korea, with the animation seemingly showing Yunara’s past in the Darkin War.
The song featured in the music video is called Flower’s Wish and is sung by Korean and VTuber Hebi.
Hebi is well-renowned in South Korea for her covers, with her performance of Henceforth by Orangestar racking up 55 million views.
According to Yunara’s lore, she sacrificed herself to contain the Darkin Glaive within the Spirit Realm.
This could be what happens at the end of the music video, much to the dismay of Xhin Zhao, who clearly has a connection to her.
Many LoL fans have already begun to theorise that Yunara and Xin Zhao have romantic ties to each other.
Yet, nothing has been officially revealed despite Xin Zhao appearing in a motion comic as the star of the current season.
Furthermore, LoL has now moved into Act 2 of the Spirit Blossom season with League of Legends Patch 25.13.
The patch has brought back the popular Arena Mode in which Yunara will have a unique augment within the mode.
The augment is called Three Sacred Treasures and requires the ADC to have the Infinity Edge, Perplexity, and Twilight’s Edge items.
Once Yunara has this augment, her attacks are replaced by powerful lasers that apply on-hit effects twice.
When will Yunara release in League of Legends?
LoL’s new ADC and 171st champion, Yunara, is already playable on the PBE as is her Spirit Blossom Springs skin.
However, she will be playable for everybody come the next update, Patch 25.14 on July 16th.
