Los Ratones top-laner Simon “Baus” Hofverberg has reached a significant milestone by hitting one million subscribers on YouTube.

The Swedish League of Legends streamer, known for his gameplay videos and commentary, marked the occasion with a video capturing the moment his subscriber count reached the million mark.

In the video, Baus expressed his gratitude as he said: “Thank you all so much for the support. Wow, what a journey.”

Meanwhile, over on X, he jokingly set his next goal at 10 billion subscribers.

This tweet prompted messages of congratulations from his followers on the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

@bonevoid wrote “Consistently some of my fav YouTube videos to watch, congrats goat!!”

Another user wrote: “My goat thanks for the near infinite hours of entertainment.”

While a third person said: “Literally the only league Youtuber I’ve consistently watched since they started, well deserved.”

Baus’ success with Los Ratones

Baus competes with Los Ratones, a UK-registered esports team founded by British streamer Marc “Caedrel” Lamont.

They achieved big success in LoL, winning the Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC) Winter 2025, where they defeated Nord Esports 3-0. This secured the team the title and a spot in the EMEA Masters Winter 2025 – which they also won.

Baus’ performances, despite facing target bans, earned him the NLC Winter 2025 Rookie of the Split award.

However, Los Ratones and Baus faced obstacles in their passage to the NLC 2025 Spring Split Finals held at League Disrupt.

NLC Spring Playoffs

Los Ratones suffered their first-ever defeat in the NLC after a shocking 2-0 loss to Nord Esports.

Baus, who has always been targeted by the other teams, struggled to overcome his opponents on that day employed a strategy to counter his champion pool.

However, he returned to form in Los Ratones’ next outing as they slipped into the lower bracket.

He persevered through target picks to help Los Ratones beat Venomcrest Esports, in the first match since their first-ever loss in the NLC.

Los Ratones then secured the final spot at the Northern League of Legends Championship Spring Split Finals at League Disrupt, after defeating fellow British team Verdant.

Awaiting Los Ratones will be UK-based Ruddy Sack, founded by Jake ‘DonJake’ Morley, and co-owned with online personalities Jakob ‘YamatoCannon’ Mebdi and Christian ‘IWDominate’ Rivera.

If Los Ratones can surpass them in the lower bracket, they’ll face Nord Esports in the grand final.
