The Intel Extreme Masters IEM Katowice 2025 broadcast talent line-up has been announced, and once again there’s a mix of top UK talent on board.
You’d be forgiven for thinking this is Brit Iain Chambers‘ first CS event, but you’d be wrong. The witty and versatile stage host (pictured above), who has worked on events in Rainbow Six, Fortnite and many more, was actually a part of the old ESL UK CS Premiership in 2019!
However, this is his first big CS event, and he will be working as a stage host, alongside returning name OJ Borg (who we interviewed at IEM Katowice 2024). To get to know Iain more, check out the link in the paragraph above this one for our interview with him from 2023.
They will be joined by fellow Brits, desk hosts Freya Spiers and HLTV Talent of the Year winner James Banks.
UK casters at IEM Katowice 2025 also include Harry, Hugo and Dinko.
Sjokz and stunna will also work as desk hosts at the event, plus casters SPUNJ, moses, Scrawny and launders, and analysts Pimp, steel, kassad and YNk.
On being involved at IEM Katowice 2025, YNk wrote a post on X from the heart, saying: “Every year, Katowice is one of the biggest tournaments in our circuit but this one is extra special for me: It marks the 10-year anniversary of my first international event as talent!
“Never could I have imagined at the time the impact it was going to have on my life. I was just a kid taking a chance on this esports thing and I ended up travelling the world doing live shows in huge arenas, coached some incredible players, did a live show on US TV in prime time, and most recently (and most importantly), became a dad!
“I’m extremely grateful to the people who supported me along the way. My family, fellow talent who embraced me and vouched for me, TOs for taking a chance on me early on, all the different production crews I’ve worked with over the years, our talent managers and of course the fans for their patience.
“I’ve always believed that hard work pays off and I’ll continue to do my absolute best because getting to talk about Counter-Strike for a living truly is a privilege!”
