Josh ‘Hyrav’ Kingett has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Tailors, an agency home to LEC talent such as Yike, Jackies, Carzzy, Flakked, Targamas and others.
Josh is the founder of X7 Esports, which previously competed in the League of Legends UK/Nordics NLC and shut down two years ago.
At Tailors, Josh will be responsible for leading the agency’s commercial strategy.
He will be ‘focused on developing new revenue streams for clients, forging and nurturing long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance to the business on competitive opportunities’.
Josh was most recently with UK-based agency DotX Talent, which he joined as head of esports in mid-2023.
His move also follows Mitsouko Anderson‘s departure from DotX. She left last year to set up her own agency, Yume Talent, bringing some talent she signed to DotX (like Sjokz and Caedrel), with her. Josh has also brought some of his talent from DotX along to Tailors.
It looks like the future of DotX may be up in the air – we’ve reached out to them for an update.
Tailors said this hire marks a pivotal milestone for them, as they continue to grow and expand.
Josh Kingett, CCO at Tailors, said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Tailors at such an exciting time for the agency, in a role I see myself being able to make a significant impact.
“There’s an incredible amount of potential to elevate those we already represent by building meaningful partnerships and getting creative.”

“I look forward to working alongside the talented team here to drive growth and create lasting value for our clients.”
“Bringing Josh on board is a game-changer for Tailors,” added Nathan Laprade, Co-founder & CEO at Tailors. “His experience, passion, and strategic mindset align perfectly with our vision for the agency’s future.
“I’m confident that Josh will play a significant role in expanding our commercial footprint and helping us achieve new milestones.”
The news comes ahead of the LEC 2025 Winter start date on January 18th. The LEC is the top-level tournament in European League of Legends esports.
