Content warning: Some explicit and disturbing behaviour

UK IRL streamer DBR666 aka DBR has been banned by streaming platform Kick for two weeks after he harassed other streamers at TwitchCon 2024.

He’s one of several streamers who have been banned following their behaviour at the event in San Diego.

DBR went in to hug streamer nmplol before kissing his nipple through his shirt, and kissing the hand of fellow streamer Wake Wilder, per this clip below shared by esports content creator Jake Lucky.

The actions come a few weeks after DBR666 crashed the recent Halo Major dressed as Frozone from The Incredibles movies, to take the mic and say: “Kick.com is the best streaming platform. Twitch, pay your employees. Slave labour is not okay. Kick.com/DBR666. I’m making great content. F*** Twitch.”

DBR also kissed Fresh from the Fresh and Fit podcast, followed him around and asked him to ‘f***’ him. DBR also harassed xQc, got down on the floor next to him and asked to suck his d***, saying: “Clout me, clout me daddy.”

He also hounded others at the event including Mizkif, Fousey, Twitch CEO Dan Clancy and others, as shown on his Twitter and YouTube pages.

DBR666 was removed from TwitchCon following his actions.

Last month, he left a guinea pig with Ice Poseidon before running away.

It wasn’t just DBR causing issues at TwitchCon – this article is about him given we’re a UK news site. Sportskeeda reported that Kick streamer N3on was accused of misgendering Twitch streamer Vightingale, Moises faced criticism over his chat, Turbski1 pushed Shoovy onto a moving train, plus BigLoaaf appeared to make advances towards Knut’s 12-year-old daughter.

DBR666 and Kick address bad behaviour at TwitchCon 2024

DBR666 said:

He added: “The point I’m trying to make is there are a lot of wholesome, lovely streamers on Kick, but you people will never speak on them.

“Everyone is waiting for someone on Kick to do anything bad in order to blame Kick. We are all humans, our actions reflect on us alone.”

We reached out to Kick for comment, and a spokesperson confirmed DBR had been banned. They also directed us to comments from Kick co-founder and CEO Ed Craven, who responded to esports journalist and consultant Rod ‘Slasher’ Breslau on X.

Ed said: “Twitchcon is an incredible event that brings together creators from all platforms, and we’re grateful to Twitch for giving our community the chance to participate.

“However, the actions of a few individuals don’t reflect the broader platform, and multiple accounts have been suspended for violating our IRL streaming policies.

“We’re continuously working on reviewing policy and doing better, especially when it comes to such great events like Twitchcon, DH and others.”

It’s not clear how DBR666’s ban is – we asked Kick for clarification and will update this article should we hear back. (Update as of October 2nd: DBR666 said his ban was for two weeks)

Kick said: “We can’t comment directly on actions taken for specific creators, but we do work with them to ensure they fully understand what caused action to be taken, and for them to address this going forward.

“We will closely monitor this and other creators who violate our Terms of Service and/or Community Guidelines to ensure our platform remains safe for all users.”

Fellow UK Kick streamer Gross Gore said: “I’ve seen a lot of degenerate behaviour from Kick streamers who all made us look bad. I’ve already got a reputation for my past mistakes, but this is a whole new thing in 2024. It’s embarrassing and I’m disappointed. You’re also making the Kick staff look bad.

“Twitch are looking at us and saying these Kick streamers are a cancer, they’re clubbing us all together because a few of you guys acted as degenerates at events. Starting fights, pushing each other in front of trains, hitting on a 12-year-old girl, Knut’s daughter, wtf is up with that?

“You don’t have to act like a degenerate to get attention, just be dedicated to what you do, be passionate and you will grow.”
