Update (July 17th 2024): The Kings of the World event has been extended to three days, up from two, and will also include involvement from the Red Bull Gaming Sphere in London.
Organisers Visual Platform will divide the competitors into two sectors: the Alpha Sector and the Beta Sector. On Friday December 13th, the Alphas will compete at Samsung KX and the Betas will train at Red Bull. On Saturday December 14th, they will swap.
Then on Sunday December 16th, the top 16 are set to compete at Samsung KX. The Red Bull Gaming Sphere will also open on Thursday December 12th in the evening, ‘for everyone to hang out and press some buttons’.
Visual Platform founder Marc Denton posted the following tweet, with a link to more info:

Original article (May 3rd 2024):
The Street Fighter Capcom Pro Tour 2024 circuit will include a UK stop towards the end of the year, known as Kings of the World.
Publisher Capcom made the announcement a few days ago, saying: “We’ll be on tour this season, so make sure you check out all the offline events and register before it’s too late!”
The tour includes Evo 2024 in July in the US, Cream City Convergence in August in the US and more (see further in the article for the full event list, locations and dates).
Visual Platform, a UK-based agency offering broadcast services, motion and graphic design, event build, tournament hospitality, management and consultancy services, will be working on the UK stop of the tour.
This will be known as Kings of the World, which will take place from December 14th to 15th 2024 at the Samsung KX venue, at 1 Stable Street, Kings Cross, London, N1C 4DQ.
After the success of the CPT at EGX for many years @visual_platform are honoured to be part of the tour once again. https://t.co/KVwtvRJory

The Samsung KX store is located a few minutes from the St Pancras and Kings Cross stations, and features 20,000sq ft of experience space.
The event space has been used for other UK gaming events in the past, including the All Access Gaming event with LDN UTD and the Mayor of London and celebs in the past.
Top Street Fighter 6 players will battle for a spot in the world finals of the Capcom Cup.
Registration for the UK event will open later this month, and a full schedule is expected to drop in June 2024.
There’s more info to follow on the Start.gg Kings of the World event page.
