UK Blood Bowl 3 player Artemis Black has made it to the season finals this weekend, the conclusion of the game’s first official competitive tournament.
The finals will be broadcast on Nacon’s Twitch channel from 2.30pm CET (1.30pm GMT) to midnight CET (11pm GMT) on Saturday January 20th and Sunday January 21st 2024.
Blood Bowl 3 is a tactical turn-based American football video game adapted from the board game. Set in the Warhammer universe, players get the chance to coach a team from one of the factions (such as Elves, Orcs and Dwarves etc), customise them and climb up the rankings by taking on other players online.
The semi-finals, bracket finals and grand final will be held this weekend, with the last players left in the fray facing off to earn the title of champion and win a share of the $5,000 cash prize split between the tournament’s top eight players.
Broadcast talent will include Jimmy Fantastic, Andy Davo (Andrew Davis) and Adam Savage, the latter of which is on board as host.
Here’s the list of players who have qualified for the concluding phase of the Season Finals:
