Birmingham has played host to ESL One Dota 2 tournaments in recent years, but this year Berlin will host (this article contains an affiliate link,you must be aged 18 or over to bet, please gamble responsibly)
The Dota 2 ESL One Berlin Major is fast approaching, and UK-based esports organisation Tundra Esports will be one of the sides taking part.
The news comes after the regional Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) 2023 Tour 2 came to a conclusion, seeing Tundra finish second with $28,000 in winnings and 240 DPC Points, behind Team Liquid who received $30,000 and 400 points.
Gaimin Gladiators and OG finished third and fourth respectively. These form the four teams from Western Europe that will play in the major.
ESL, an ESL Faceit Group brand, said it was thrilled to announce the teams that will compete at the upcoming Dota 2 ESL One Berlin Major, powered by Intel.
With a $500,000 total prize pool and more important DPC points at stake, 18 of the world’s best Dota 2 teams will face of against each other on April 26th to May 7th 2023.
During the final three days of the competition, the eight best teams will enter the live stage at Velodrom in Berlin, Germany, for the final battles and to become the team crowned the ESL One Berlin Major champions.
London-based esports organisation Tundra won The International 2022 in late October, claiming the $8.5m top prize. They are also one of the DreamLeague Season 19 teams.

Fans from around the globe can tune in for the live broadcasts of the ESL One Berlin Major on the ESL Dota 2 Twitch and ESL Dota 2 YouTube channels, and via dedicated broadcast partners. Additionally, most of the best UK esports bookmakers will soon start listing the league and pricing in the odds for the favourites.
