Well-known Ukrainian Dota 2 player Danil ‘Dendi’ Ishutin will host a Dota 2 charity showmatch in support of Ukraine.
He will be joined by 11 of the biggest personalities from the Dota 2 esports community, including UK caster ODPixel, US personality SirActionSlacks, and others including AdmiralBulldog, Wagamama, Singing and more.
Those taking part will aim to make the showmatch an entertaining event while also helping to collect funds for Ukraine’s official fundraising platform, United24.
The showmatch will take place on Friday September 30th 2022 from 5pm CET (4pm BST) and will be hosted by B8 Esports, the organisation founded by Dendi.
In an effort to reward the community for their involvement, prizes will be given away throughout the stream – such as a Lenovo 3 Idea Pad notebook, with further prizes provided by HyperX and Lorgar.
There will be two main broadcast Twitch channels – one in English (Twitch.com/dendi) and the other in Portuguese (Twitch.tv/btsbrasiltv).
“I really appreciate the folks from the Dota 2 community who agreed to participate in this charity showmatch. Your support is crucial both for me and my country. I sincerely believe that every dollar might have a massive positive impact on Ukraine.”
