Planning to take breaks to move around or finding activities that you can enjoy at least a couple of times a week will help you get in the minimum amount of exercise that you should be doing. When you’re playing, try to take regular breaks to stretch and move around, even if it’s just five minutes at a time.

The Right Diet

Eating well is another important part of staying healthy. When you’re gaming, it’s easy to sit and munch on unhealthy snacks. They’re convenient and can stop you from getting too hungry while you’re busy with other things. But it’s not the best way to maintain your diet if you’re trying to be healthy.
