Top UK Call of Duty player benched

It has been revealed that European Call of Duty staple, Tom “Tommey” Trewren, has been benched from the Splyce roster.
After a disappointing placement at CWL Seattle, a change to the team doesn’t come as a surprise, but UK player Tommey has been one of Europe’s standout players throughout the World War 2 season.

Tommey added: “Glad I’ve got no idea what’s happening with all the roster changes. Saves all of the stress from snaky business and pettiness.
“Going to sit back and see what happens. If nothing comes of it, so be it.”
The move seems sudden. Splyce’s UK Call of Duty team waved the flag with pride at CWL Birmingham last month, finishing runners up of the tournament and inspired the crowd to get behind the team with gusto.
Splyce have other UK ties. Last year, British esports manager Grant “Grievance” Rousseau joined Splyce and works as their director of operations.

SPLYCE’S NEW RECRUIT

It is unclear who will be Splyce’s new recruit. Several UK teams are undergoing roster changes as they begin preparation for the second stage of the CWL Pro League.
With roster lock taking place next week on May 7th, time is ticking for organisations to finalise their rosters.
