Four actors who have voiced characters in Overwatch will be at MCM Comic Con in Birmingham next month.
Anjali Bhimani (Symmetra), Jonny Cruz (Lucio), Carolina Ravassa (Sombra) and Fred Tatasciore (Soldier 76) will be making an appearance at the show.
MCM Birmingham Comic Con promises another weekend of pop culture when it returns to the NEC on March 17th and 18th, featuring comics, movies, games, sci-fi, cosplay, anime and more.
Other guests include Michael Rooker (Guardians of the Galaxy, The Walking Dead) and Sean Gunn (Gilmore Girls).
Joining them is Texan-born Brianna Hildebrand, who plays Negasonic Teenage Warhead in leftfield superhero hit Deadpool, alongside Mark Sheppard who stars in Supernatural, Firefly and Battlestar Galactica. More guest announcements are being teased out to fans over the coming weeks.
“Our first show of 2018 is shaping up to be a fantastic celebration of pop culture and will set the bar for bigger and better shows across the year”
Danny Aindow, MCM
MCM has not yet revealed whether it will have esports tournaments at the show, but Esports News UK has reached out to organisers for clarification.
“Our first show of 2018 is shaping up to be a fantastic celebration of pop culture and will set the bar for bigger and better shows across the year,” said Danny Aindow, MCM national event manager.
“As the UK’s biggest and most exciting pop culture destination, MCM Comic Con dedicates everything to its fans and this is certainly one event you won’t want to miss.”
MCM Comic Con was acquired by ReedPOP last year.
