RIP Dust 2

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
Valve has removed iconic map Dust2 from the Active Duty map pool, and replaced it with Inferno.
This means that competitive matches will now focus on Mirage, Train, Nuke, Cache, Cobblestone, Overpass and Inferno maps – until the next map pool update of course.
We don’t usually cover CSGO news here on Esports News UK, but this change is significant – Dust2 is one of the most iconic and well-known multiplayer maps of all time, and has long been a staple of Counter-Strike.
Also, because we’re waiting for a video to process and thought we’d write something. That too.
