Team Paria are back in the ESL Premiership after picking up the roster of Battle Cops, who recently qualified for the League of Legends Spring 2017 Split.
The ESL Play website currently shows the eight qualified teams, with Team Paria’s logo in place of Battle Cops, and the same roster.
This team’s roster consists of team manager papi, team captain Fox Deity and the following players:
- Branabus
- Ioke
- Kangus
- Shiklin
- Toxic
By coincidence, this roster has three UK players, one Dutch and one German, like Paria’s previous roster.
Team Paria’s former roster – consisting of Teerex, RyanRyanRyanRyan, Vicksy, S4mh0dg3 and Bartiono – split last September and went their separate ways.
Paria put together a separate League of Legends team which competed in the ESL Benelux Championship.
Team Paria join other teams in the next ESL Premiership for UK/IRE teams, including exceL, MnM, GLB, Bulldog, Xenex, Enclave and Randoms.
Esports News UK understands another org is making a swoop for the Randoms roster.
Esports News UK has reached out to Team Paria owner Stefan “ioswitch” Heesters for confirmation and comment.
