Team Larssen – the remnants of 2016’s League of Legends ESL UK Premiership summer champions MnM Gaming – have exited the Challenger Series this evening.
The European dream for the team is over, after they were defeated by Team Kinguin.
Team Larssen actually won their first match in the qualifiers earlier this week, comfortably beating Alientech Esports. However they went on to lose their next three matches to Team Forge (4G), Tricked Esport and Team Kinguin.
Team Larssen consisted of UK Prem winners Larssen, Hadow and XDSmiley, as well as Pridestalker and Arin1.
The team have now disbanded and are looking for other opportunities.
Larssen tweeted:

MnM/Team Larssen went through a series of unfortunate events after winning ESL’s UK/IRE Premiership last year.
