UK eSports organisation Choke Gaming has revealed details of its new Dota 2 team, consisting of four UK players and a Vietnamese player.
The roster is as follows: Jon “Crysen” Bennett, Nick “Ziktomini” Copello, Joe “sand-fish” Livingston, Dan “Zirael” Woodhouse and Thanh “Rabbit” Bui.
Choke says the team has picked up ‘strong results across Europe and the UK’ before joining the Sharks family.
The team has played together for a year and a half, and after winning a semi-pro tournament they were signed by Forlove.
As part of Forlove.int, they won the JDL Division 1 and 2 in 2015, finished second at EGX in 2014 and 2015, and took first place five times in ESL EU cups.
They also won an open qualifier to the Dr Pepper Semi pro Tournament hosted
by Joindota.
The team will be playing in the Epic.LAN qualifiers tomorrow and will be attending i58 and Epic.LAN in the summer.
